About us

MNA International Group, with its diversified companies, was born 12 years ago from the vision of

Mounif Nehmeh, a Lebanese businessman. He founded in 2004 the company "MNA Construction",

a general contractor specialized in designing, developing and constructing industrial, commercial,

institutional, civil and high-density residential projects. Maintaining his own international design and

building practice, Nehmeh evolved into a well-known developer of prestigious landmark projects

in Kuwait and Qatar due to his increasingly illustrious track record and the continued delivery of

refined projects. This led in turn to an excellent reputation throughout the Arabian Peninsula and

established MnA's presence in the upscale market.

In 2007, Nehmeh expanded his business by founding "MNA International Group", which

became the parent company of MNA Construction and other subsidiaries necessary for the

ever-growing portfolio of large scale projects. Over the course of 4 years, the group evolved into

a multi-disciplined corporation with a diverse portfolio of activities, e.g. real estate and turnkey

The construction arm of MNA International Group consists of two specialized divisions:

A general contractor for interior finishes is solely based in Kuwait. This has shaped its organization

invested in different sectors, including the marble and natural stone domain. Headed by Mounif

For us at MNA, the rebuilding of the World Trade Center site is the most important urban planning and architectural challenge of our time.As part of our original design concept for the site, which was submitted to the Lower Manhattan Development Corporation, we suggested two key elements to represent the purpose and vision of the project.

concept: 1. urban regeneration, memorial and transportation integration 2. iconic skyscrapers

urban regeneration, memorial and transportation integration:Each year on September 11, between the hours of 8:46 am, when the first plane hit, and 10:28 am, the time the second tower collapsed, the sun will create a shadow that exactly replicates the former towers’ shadow at the same time. This is a memorial that will live with New York City and its citizens to the end of memory as a testament to the value of life and for those who lost their lives on that day.In addition, the shadow will have a pedestrian zone and landscaped garden area extending from the site of the original towers, spreading out into lower Manhattan.

iconic skyscrapers:the iconic twin towers will rise again, representing the modern culture surrounding the site and the strength of will of the people of the site. The purpose of the building is not only a financial site but also one of creativity and culture.The proposal blurs the distinction between base, middle and top; it also discards the conventional notions of skyscraper design that characterized the original towers.

We are proud to have worked on the most significant architectural project in the city's history and we would have felt highly honored to restore the spiritual peak of New York.

With an impressive array of leisure pursuits to choose from – including a world-class aquarium, fashion show arena, gold souk and an ice rink. the mall will revolutionize the modern shopping experience as we know it.

Al-Arab museumIslamic and Arab culture amongst history and arts, all under one roof. This is a reflection of the most influential Arabic history in the region, allowing visitors an invaluable glimpse into the past.

Al-Arab sports cityThe state of the art venue at the heart of Dubai City will form a new international arena for world class competitions. Al-Arab sports city will host major events in football, cricket, rugby, golf, field hockey and tennis, to name a few, as well as an ice-skating arena.
