1995Professor Carlos Bottrel and other professors publish books on management

1998The Managerial Development Foundation (FDG) is created to provide consultancy services and to apply and teach the method outside Japan

2003The Managerial Development Institute (INDG) is founded. The public sector begins to adhere to management techniques

The eagle (Aquila in Latin) inspired our renewal through the legend of its rebirth. In the middle of their life cycle, eagles put out the worn feathers and break their old beak in order to assure greater competitiveness in natural selection. After the complex renewal process, the eagles start a new and successful life cycle.

2011Supported by 32 companies, 151 professionals from INDG establish Aquila as a multinational company, committing themselves to the renewal and application of the management knowledge

2014AQUILA has 300 professionals worldwide working in 14countries over 3 continents

2015On International Labor Day, Aquila brought together 600 leaders of organizations in pursuit of the vision for 2020

2016Aquila expands its international market with the opening of offices in Australia and Colombia
