The modular skid design provides operators the flexibility to configure a fit-for-purpose solution designed to meet any application spec as well as make modifications to the unit as operating conditions change over time. By allowing quick equipment changeouts, this design minimizes downtime for responsive and efficient operations.

Aquarius® systems can incorporate custom monitoring and control options, including pressure, temperature, vibration, flow meters, back-pressure controls, and more.

› Pre-Assembly Shimming

Proper alignment of the pump and motor is critical to reduce wear on the system and extend run life. For enhanced accuracy, Aquarius™ units are shimmed before assembly and the process is repeated upon installation in the field.

› Laser Alignment:

Our HPS units are assembled using laser alignment to provide precise positioning of the pump, motor, and skid. This ensures accurate installation on site and minimal vibration to increase system run life.
