Standardized Toolkit for Identification and Quantification of Dioxin and Furan Releases The toolkit has been developed to assist countries in identifying sources and estimating releases of dioxins and furans. To accomplish this aim and so protect human health and the environment, UNEP Chemicals publishes a wide range of publications on the environmentally sound management of chemicals. They are available free of charge. Some are available in hard copy and on Internet (www.chem.
