SINCE OUR LAST MEETINGNew changes identified and/or deleted
Changes to Scope
• Changes proposed to Section III.14 have already been made.– This Section was deleted in the CTS filing effective August 2013;– New Section III.14 for Regulation isn’t being implemented until late
2013.
• Changes reflecting the elimination of DRP-Only Customers have been added.– A previous filing eliminated this term, but only in the FAP– Expanding this project to eliminate this term elsewhere in the Tariff
• At NEPOOL Counsel’s suggestion, we are also reviewing the elimination of the term from the MPSA (this item falls under the TC).

Changes to Process
• Another committee review is added.– Section III.12 changes require RC review.
• MPSA Changes require TC Review.
• These changes extend the schedule slightly so that the Participants Committee vote would likely be in August 2012.– We still expect to request a vote at the May Markets Committee
meeting.– The MPSA revisions will be put on the Transmission Committee
agenda as soon as we can.– The Section III.12 changes are on the April Reliability Committee
agenda
