First MeetingIn our first meeting, we:

Proposal
In our proposal, we:
• Provide clarity at a high level about how theproject will proceed

Phase 1:Defining the app
We work together to plan the app, including:
• App definition statement• Product feature set• Paper prototypes• Data model definition• Milestones and deliverables

Phase 2:Developing the app
This is where most of the work takes place. We useestablished industry practices and technologiesto ensure the project proceeds smoothly:

Phase 3:Polishing & Testing
• Work together to ensure your app works asdesigned

Phase 4: Shipping
When your app is ready to ship, we will:

Phase 5:Maintaining
After your app is shipping on the App Store, we:

• Fix bugs found in a timely manner• Ship maintenance releases to the App Store• Differentiate bugs from feature requests and
enhancements; feature enhancements will beaddressed in future versions
