Justine was founded on a shoe string and a dream in May 1973 by Paul Symes, a brilliant and uncompromising cosmetic chemist and Veronica Devine a dynamic and inspiring marketer. The shoe string had a small budget and a large supply of optimism. The dream was to produce South African skincare products, which were on par with the very best that the world had to offer. What came out of this dream was our now legendary Justine Tissue Oil. This is still our top-selling product. The dream and the synergy of nature and science established by Paul and Veronica, are still part of the Justine tradition.

There are two types of Consultants:

1. Cash Consultant

What this means

After your registration form is

processed, Justine will request

payment of your order before it’s

dispatched.

How it works

• Youcanaskyourcustomerstopay

upfront for their orders or when

you deliver their products. If they

choose to pay later you have to

ensure that you have enough

cash in reserve to pay for the

order before it is dispatched.

• Ifyouneedyourcustomerstopay

up-front, why not start with your

own family and friends as your

first customers? They will not mind

paying in advance.

• Ifyoupayregularlyandyour

account is managed responsibly,

Justine may change your status to

an Account Consultant after three

months.

2. Account Consultant

What this means

After your registration form is

processed, Justine will give you a

credit limit which will allow you to

place orders within that limit.

How it works

Five basic steps to Justine success

1. Approach customer: Start your conversation with a

compliment.

2. Determine the customer’s needs

Ask open-ended questions: ‘What skincare products do you currently use?’

3. Present and sell the benefits Show the Brochure and match

their needs with the appropriate Justine product.

4. Answer questions and overcome objections

Use the Felt-Found technique to reassure the customer/prospect:

‘My customer, Claire, felt the same way, but after trying the product, she found that it made her skin look younger and fresher.’

5. Close the sale Ask for the order: ‘How many

would you like to order today?’ Then continue by asking, ‘Who do you know who would like to see a Justine Brochure, or learn about the Justine earning opportunity?’
