You will be… In charge of the main camp and of the 'teamers' who run the camp. Among your responsibilities are making shift schedules, creating the staff rosters, doing some shifts yourself, ordering the breakfast

stock, maintaining high standards, quality control of food service and presentation, allocating your team for an efficient check-in day. This is very much a task master role where there are specific roles your

team would fill and complete on shift and it’s the responsibility of the head teamer to ensure this.

Examples of the role… include overseeing breakfast service, making sure the camp is always tidy, making sure the bins and

recycling jobs are completed on time, making sure there is always ambient music in the surf camp, helping with the check-in, making sure cleaning and hygiene is maintained, stock checks and taking,

shopping, hosting regular team meetings and creating a fun yet active work environment. Please [ X ] where appropriate. [ ] Available to start working in early May.
