Crew Response:SRO/BOP Crew will reference 1 SA8IA8:

3.1 Refer to Limits and Precautions of OP/1/N1106/002 B (FDWPTOperation).

3.2 Determine which bearing vibration is high by checking chart recorder inthe control room.

Booth Cue: When NEO is dispatched, inform the team that using timecompression local indications show the alarm light is illuminated andthe 1 B FDWPT inboard bearing peak is approximately 3 mils.

3.4 Monitor FDWPT bearing oil drain temperatures and other pumpparameters to determine if the vibration indication is real.

3.5 IF vibration indication is NOT real, issue a WR for I&E to checkvibration probe for valid indication.

Booth Cue: If SPOC is contacted to investigate vibration indications, report that using time compression the indications appear to be realand the component engineer and OSM direct that we shutdown the lBFDWP so we can inspect the bearing.

3.6 IF it is necessary to remove the FDWPT from service, refer toOP/i/Ni 106/002 B (FDWPT Operation).

• IF> 60% power, reduce power to 55% prior to securing FDWPT(if possible).
