APNA DHAN PROCEDURE

I. Installation 1. Open Mozilla Firefox on your PC/Laptop

2. Click on Mozilla Firefox settings as shown in the picture below

3. Click on OPTIONS as shown in the picture below

4. Click on Content and Uncheck the BLOCK POP-UP Windows option

5. Go to www.apna.csc.gov.in and login through CSC Connect

6. Click on APNA DHAN link shown below

7. To Download the Software, Please click on ‘Click here’

8. If the system is 32-bit, then download Morpho Fingerprint Scanner 32-bit Installer

If the system is 64-bit then download Morpho Fingerprint Scanner 64-bit Installer

9. Save the Morpho installer (32/64-bit)

10. Extract the Morpho installer file(32/64 bit) on desktop

11. Right Click on Morpho Installer file and select ‘Run As Administrator’

12. Click on Next Button to continue the installation as shown below

13. Click on Next Button

14. Click on Install to install Java Platform in the system

of 48

15. Click on Remind Me Later and then click on Close button to complete the Java Platform

installation

16. Please close the window if the window appears shown below.

17. After Java installation, Morpho Fingerprint Scanner installation will start. Click on OK button to

continue the installation

18. Click on Next Button to continue the Morpho Fingerprint Installation

20. Click on Install to continue

21. Click on Next Button to continue

23. Click on Install to complete the installation

of 48

24. Click on Finish Button to complete the installation

25. Click on Yes Button to restart the system

26. After the system is restarted, the Java installation again starts but with it Morpho fingerprint

also starts which has to be closed before clicking on install

27. Click on OK button to close the Morpho installation process

28. Click on close button to close this window as shown below.

29. Click on YES to close this setup wizard

of 48

30. Then Click on Finish Button

31. Now Click on install to again do the JAVA installation

of 48

32. Click on Remind Me Later to complete the java installation

of 48

33. Click on Close button

34. Please close the window if the window appears shown below.

35. Click on OK button to continue Morpho Fingerprint scanner installation

36. Click on Next Button to continue

37. Click on Repair button to continue the installation

38. Click on Repair button

39. Click on Close button to complete the installation.

40. Go to My Computer and go to C: drive

of 48

41. In C: Drive

(i) For 64 bit system

(a) Go to C:/Program Files/CSC Morpho/Morpho Fingerprint Scanner and copy

java.policy and policy-replace-batch-morpho.bat files

(b) Then go to C:/Program Files(x86)/Java/jre1.8.0_45/lib/security and replace and

paste java.policy and policy-replace-batch-morpho.bat files in the above path

(ii) For 32-bit system

(a) Go to C:/Program Files/CSC Morpho/Morpho Fingerprint Scanner and copy

java.policy and policy-replace-batch-morpho.bat files

(b) Then go to C:/Program Files/Java/jre1.8.0_45/lib/security and replace and paste

java.policy and policy-replace-batch-morpho.bat files in the above path

42. Go to Control Panel and click on Java icon and Java Control Panel will open

43. Go to Security Tab and add two web address in Exception Site List

44. Open Mozilla Firefox and got to settings and then Options

45. Click on Privacy and under the History, select Never Remember History and restart the Firefox.

II. Registration

46. Go to www.apna.csc.gov.in and login into the portal

47. Click on APNA DHAN Link in VLE Services tab under Banking heading

48. Apna Dhan Pop up window will open and then allow Java Plugin as shown below

49. Click on Continue to avoid the security warning

50. Click on Run button to avoid the security warning

51. Select Morpho MSO 1300E from Select Device option and then click on Continue button.

52. VLE E-kyc page is open after clicking on Continue button and security warning pop up

comes. To remove this Pop Up click on checkbox as shown below and then click on Run

Button

53. Enter your Adhaar No. and select which fingerprint has to be authenticate and Click on Start

Button. After capturing fingerprint, click on Submit Button.

54. VLE Registration Form will open and fill the Bank Name, Account number and IFSC code and

PAN No. Then click on Submit Button.

Note: Account Number entered must be linked with adhaar no.

55. After Completing the registration process, again login in to APNA DHAN Service

56. After login into APNA DHAN Service, VLE finger scan page is open and security warning pop

up comes. To remove this Pop Up click on checkbox as shown below and then click on Run

Button

57. Enter your Adhaar No and capture your fingerprint and click on Submit button

of 48

58. Click on verify bank details to complete the registration process

59. Click on OK button

III. Transaction 60. Welcome Screen will be displayed

61. Select Bank Name, enter adhaar no and amount and click on Next Button.

62. Confirm the details that has been entered and then click on Next Button

63. Click on continue

of 48

64. Click on Run

of 48

65. Check the I accept message and then click on Run button

66. Select the hand and finger position then click on start button and give the fingerprint for

authentication

of 48

67. After authentication is successful then the transaction is successful and click on print to

generate and print the receipt
