INTERNATIONAL ACHIEVEMENTS
NATIONAL PASTRY TEAM:Two of our lecturers have been selected to represent Team Malaysia in international competitions. MONDIAL DES ARTS SUCRES, March 2012 in Paris : Chef Tan Wei Loon, our in-house Pastry Chef representing Team Malaysia for this prestigious competition in March 2012. RESULTS: Malaysia under TOP 5 Pastry Team of the world!
ASIA PASTRY CUP, April 2012, Singapore : Chef Hong Yik Kong will be representing Team Malaysia in Asia Pastry Cup in Singapore in April 2012.
