The following window will show the default error log with the record number, origin
Date/Time and Data. Looking at the first line on the list shows that 8704752963 as
not Configured in the APAC unit. What this means is that a call was transferred to t
VM system from the Meta Switch and the VM box was not built in the APAC unit.
The Craftperson needs to write down the complete list of all numbers before closin
the DefaultErrorLog window in order to be able to check and verify the errors.
When this window is closed a new pop up will appear as shown below the DefaultE
Screen shot example. The craftperson must click on the save button so the log dat
be stored and the information will not be lost or overwritten.
The Craftperson then needs to go into the Meta switch and verify that VM is active
number and if so then add the number per Step 2A thru 2E. This is only if the num
a VOIP or SIP number. If the number is a VOIP or SIP number then the Meta Switch i
configured pointing to the wrong VM system and needs to be changed from TDM to
the Meta Switch in order to point it to the Metashpere and then verify that the Metis setup with the number correctly.
