Instructional Framework“Districts should have an explicit goal regarding the continuous improvement of pedagogical skills among teachers in the District. An instructional model should not be construed as an attempt to constrain teachers to one particular approach to teaching: it should be interpreted as a necessary vehicle for communication between teachers regarding the art and science of teaching.
