Only projects produced for a South African client, by a South African company or individual,

may be entered. All work must have been commercially published, printed or launched

between 1st May 2011 and 27th April 2012. Campaigns which span before or beyond the

eligible time period but still have the majority of the publicly visible work rooted in this time

may be entered but unfortunately no self-promotional work will be accepted.

finalist for any of the above, you

will be contacted for a print

Grant of Rights

The undersigned hereby grants the Anvil

Awards and its agents an irrevocable, royalty

free license to publish and use the entry

without limitation in any publication,

advertisement, marketing or promotional

material, including electronic media, related

to the Anvil Awards, for the sole purpose of

promoting the Anvil Awards. The below

signed hereby confirms that (1) the

information attached hereto is correct, (2) the

below signed is either the sole owner of all

rights to the work (and to any and all

photographs, samples, and transparencies of

the work being submitted) or has been

authorized by the owner(s) of such rights to

grant the rights herein granted, and (3) the

publication of the work will not violate the

rights of any third party. The below signed

agrees that (1) the below signed will not

receive any direct financial compensation

from the Anvile Awards for granting these

rights herein, (2) the materials submitted will

not be returned except upon request, (3) the

below signed shall not hold the Anvil Awards

responsible for the safekeeping of any

materials in the Anvil Awards possession. For
