2.BLOGS - A series of personal webpages created by staff and

volunteers engaging a community of website users.

3.VIDEO - A Flash media player capable of playing streaming

video files adding dynamic content to the website.

Ultimately the Anti-Cruelty Society will be able to

control costs and increase potential volunteer hours
