    Conclusion

    Tecnis MFIOL gives patients a high rate of spectacle independence

    at all distances with a low rate of visual disturbances

    ReZoom patients have poorer near vision, an option for patients

    who demand good intermediate and far vision Quality of vision and contrast sensitivity under mesopic conditions

    is satisfying in both lenses

    Residual refractive errors can be efficiently corrected with LASIK or

    PRK

    A period of neuroadaptation is required for optimization of results
