ANNIVERSARY EVENTS PROGRAMME

Throughout the academic year of 2018-19, the community of Hallfield, past and present, will be coming together to commemorate the 140th anniversary of our wonderful school.

In January 1879, Hallfield, then known as the Edgbaston Preparatory School, admitted its first boys to the school. One hundred and forty years later Hallfield School has become the leading co-educational preparatory school for academic success in the Midlands.

Looking back with pride on the last 140 years, we see the school’s growth in size and reputation as the greatest

measure of its achievements. Our pupils, past and present, have played a huge hand in shaping Halllfield into the school it is today.

Within this brochure, you will find details of our celebratory events that will take place throughout the course of the year. I hope you will join us in celebrating this milestone at one of our many events.
