LOVE YOUR NEIGHBOUR— HOW CAN WE AS A CHURCH BLESS OUR COMMUNITY THIS CHRISTMAS?

We have all sorts of initiative showing God’s love in the Community at Christmas! We’re making 20 Christmas packages for Doorway’s young people—basic foods, some luxuries, like hot chocolate, or mini yule logs, and some wrapped gifts! There is an ideas list to help you. Jon & Tracey Davenport, and Marian, are helping head this up. Christmas stockings for some of Oakwood Special School’s children—a Christ-mas Nativity booklet, chocolate, a small teddy, crayons etc and some special gifts that we will let you know about. Ann, Chris & Jeni are helping make this happen. Could you write and deliver 5 Christmas cards, with love from Holy Trinity, Attle-borough, offering prayer and support, to the elderly or those on their own? And maybe

even a little plant to go with it. (We can order some). You might want to talk to other church people in your area and decide how to do it.

Contact: Ann: 02476 383641 Chris: 07419 115415 Jeni: 07720 141017 Marian: 024 76345666 Jon: 07741 462047 If you want to be on the team let me know! Drop off at the church or the vicarage If you’d prefer to give money rather than a present then just put it in Church Giving Envelope marked Christmas Out-reach and we will use it to buy any extras we need for any of the projects, including Nativity books. (Any money left over will go into church funds for further outreach. Please fill in your details if we can claim Gift Aid)
