Animal ControlAnimal Control
We have animal control because people don’t watch or maintain their pets. They don’t care if their dog is running around town. Some people are too lazy to put their dog in a kennel or even buy one. It’s just easier to open the door and let them out. Animal control saves animals’ lives because they get ran over by cars.

Breed rescue Shelters
Animal cops Lack of pet care
There are people who rescue certain breeds. Some shelters rescue certain breeds. Some animal shelters accept any dogs or cats though. Animal cops rescue pets from homes that they’re not being taken care of in. We have these rescue groups because of the lack of pet care.

Fines Jail Check people’s backgrounds before they adopt People who abuse animals should have to pay large fines and have their
animal taken away forever. If the abuse is bad enough, such as starving an animal, the owner should be thrown in jail. To reduce the amount of bad pet owners, people should have a background check and an interview to see if they’re going to be a good pet owner before they are able to adopt an animal.
