Meridian Tapping Technique For Stress and Mild Anxiety Before commencing tapping, take a moment or two to tune into the distress and give it a rating from one to ten. See if any thoughts or flashes come up or if you know what is causing the distress; focus on where it seems to be sitting in the body. Once you have done this for a few moments, commence tapping sequences. Start with the first one and if after a few runs through there is no shift, try the second sequence and so on. Tap each spot 10 – 20 times. When repeating tapping sequences, make sure you take the time beforehand to tune into the distress again and rate it from one to ten. You will notice the distress reducing. Meridian Tapping Sequence: 1. Little Finger 2. Under Collarbone Once you have reduced your distress. Do the following “9 Gamut Procedure” to lock it into place. 1. Stand or sit straight and continuously tap the Gamut spot. 2. Close your eyes for a few moments then open them again. 3. Look down hard left ,then right, then straight ahead again. 4. Circle eyes clockwise, then back anti-clockwise. 5. Looking straight ahead hum a tune (Happy birthday) 6. Count to five out loud 7. Hum tune again 8. Now that is done repeat the “Meridian Tapping Sequence” above once more

Meridian Tapping Sequence:

Once you have reduced your distress. Do the following “9 Gamut Procedure” to lock it into place.

Do the following “Finishing Off Procedure” to finish off the work you've done.

1. Keeping your head straight, allow your eyes to drop to the floor. Then begin to slowly roll them up to the ceiling. This should take several seconds.

2. Then stop tapping. You’re done. This locks the new energetic signature into your system.

3. 4. This affirmation helps to put into place a new belief pattern and positive reinforcement to help prevent the problem arising again.
