The overall net margin achieved on these sales averages 36.6% over the 6 years with a maximum of48.8% in year 6. 

Marketing spend over the 6 years is forecast at £1.8m and averages 5% of revenues. This mayincrease should the most beneficial approach to marketing and gaining new customers be identified.

Inspire Me World is seeking investment of £665,000 for 20% of the company, based upon a pre-moneyvaluation of £2.66m. 

This current round of funding will be used to hire culture managers in each country plus marketing

staff to globally promote the products.No further funding is forecast however the forecast cashflow will be regularly monitored and if further

funding is required to produce the forecast revenues and take advantage of opportunities in othercountries, funding may be sought.

 Total revenues and pre-tax profits over the 6 years are forecast at £38.2m and £14m being on average

36.6% net margin. 

The Board anticipates valuing the company, at exit, in excess of £40m, that being 4.3x EBITDA or 2.1xrevenues in year 6. This would offer investors a return of x12.

We anticipate Inspire Me World being sold to a company such as The Hut Group or to Unilever who

have a history of acquiring companies in this sector.
