VOCATIONAL CONTRIBUTION
Living the life of a professional in everything I do, I found myself contributing to the two professions that I belong to: Human Resources and Management Consulting. In both these domains, I have sought to contribute with my time and leadership to enable the profession to move along the evolutionary path. As Global Chairperson of ICMCI (International Council of Management Consulting Institutes) I worked with the global team to establish professional standards of consulting in different ways, and to strengthen the networking avenues for management consultants, and also to work with breakthrough strategies to enable the growth of the profession. In the Human Resources domain, I have a series of contributions to development of standards and bodies of knowledge (for SHRM and NHRD Network). I have held many offices in volunteer capacity over the years, a full list of which can be found on my Linked In profile.
