image. Also it’s bold

tough and being brave.

album is stated and facts

about it to sell the album.

The best songs will be

known to audiences also.

The album is very dark as

its based around her

signature black hair.

Because of this the black

background is used to

make the whole advert

look connected. The

black displays her as very

tough and bold which is

part of her image.

She is placed on the

the main focus. The

image is heavily edited

with bright colours

which makes it stand

out even more.

Her name is very big so

if you flick through the

pages it would stand

out.

interesting facts. Most

interested facts are

written in a bigger font

to stand out.

important so

consumers know

when to buy her

album

to buy it. Positive things

are stated her as part of

selling.

is girly which relates

to her image.

Magazine are outdated

The problem I found is that it was very hard to find a lot

magazine adverts. This was mainly due to the fact that

they are out dated and record labels do not use them as a

way to sell their albums anymore. The adverts I did find

are from 2009 however despite the age of the adverts it

still allowed me to look at the positioning of texts and

images. I still managed to get a format from the adverts

and examine how they sell albums.
