WHAT IS IN THE CENTRE OF THE IMAGE?In the centre of the image, there is Kanye West attacking a member of the press who are following him.

The periphery includes a car and buildings, there isn't really a lot out of the ordinary.

No because the image features a genuine reaction, it is by paparazzi who usually take advantage of spur of the moment reactions from celebrities

It looks like the flash has been used judging by the reflection on Kanye’s face and the background suggests that it is indoors, making it darker.
