AN OPPORTUNITY CREATED BY THE RESPECT FOR THE ENVIRONMENTPlacido Pappalardo has travelled a lot in his life because he used to work for an important airline com-

pany. One day, while he was flying over Tel Aviv sky, he was impressed by a large quantity of roofs

covered by photovoltaic modules; so, after he got home, first of all immediately started to

collect information about this kind of technology. Then he immediately spoke with his family and

friends about this innovative idea which seemed to be a promising way to energy independence.

After an accurate economical evaluation, it was clear from the very beginning that photovoltaic panels
