Table variable names are appended with grade, reporting period, and report prefixes:
T01_GR_03_N_1_OAA_3RD_READ_SCALED_SCORE.01
Separate variables indicate the academic year for each grade, reporting period, attempt.

Two types of created variables:
1. CV_FY_04_K_GR [CREATED VARIABLE GRADE STUDENT IS ENROLLED
IN FOR FY 2004 REPORTING PERIOD OCTOBER (K)]
2. CV_GR_01_N_1_FY[CREATED VARIABLE FOR THE YEAR THAT THE
STUDENT WAS IN THE OHIO EDUCATION SYSTEM FOR YEAREND (N) REPORTING PERIOD FOR 1ST ATTEMPT AT GRADE01]
We have created these variables for all years and all grades and for both reporting periods.
CREATED VARIABLES THAT ENABLE ANALYSES PIVOTING AROUND EITHER GRADE OR SCHOOL

THE INVESTIGATOR
Form the research agendaConsult the documentation
Provides information on how the data was collected There may be differences between years Indicators of other variables you may want in your research
Provides search tips that will help find variables in the Investigator Areas of interest Key terms

Search with Question Name (QNAME)
Table variable names are appended with grade, reporting period, and report prefixes: T17_GR_PK_K_1_GGG_TEST_DATE_NUMBER.01~M
Separate variables indicate: The table number (T17) Academic year (GR_PK) Reporting period (K) Attempt (1) Stem (GGG_TEST DATE_NUMBER) ~M indicates month
