Abstract. The construction of high-rise building has a lot of features such as large capital
investments, narrow operation face and long construction period. This puts forward higher
requirements for technology. Characteristics of high-rise building construction, the construction
quality controlling and construction safety managements were analyzed in this paper.
With the rapid development of high-rise buildings, the construction engineering structure
becomes a variety, increasing scale and gradually towards the direction of building exterior
complication and difficulty in construction of large comprehensive development. Aiming at these
phenomena in this paper, the related high-rise building construction technology was analyzed and
explored.
High-rise Building Construction Characteristics
(1) High-rise building construction period is long, layer number of buildings, the work high
above the more, the construction difficulty is high, the big workload and complicated technology.
As a result, the vertical transport, high safety, fire prevention, communications, water, and the
processing of construction waste problems become one of the characteristics of the high-rise
building construction [1].

building construction materials, equipment, make full use of the goods and prefabricated
components and semi-finished materials.
High-rise Building Construction Quality Control
(1) To control the construction scheme in the high-rise building. If the construction scheme is
not appropriate, will be prone to the safety of the foundation pit collapse accident. Once foundation
pit depth more than 5 m, it must please have rich experience and professional knowledge of the
expert group to carry on the deep foundation pit project demonstration, only through expert

(2) The quality of the high-rise building need accurate measurement and elaborates
construction. The measurement is the most crucial parts of the high-rise building is the building axis,
elevation, verticality control, and the accuracy of the measurement data will directly affect the
quality of the whole building construction, must go through strict measurement for many times.
(3) High-rise buildings appear cracks in construction process; the corresponding control
measures must be taken. Construction in the high-rise building concrete amount is larger, the
intensity is high, the concrete crack needs to prevent in advance. For new pouring concrete, it is
necessary to control the component moisture curing, avoid surface moisture to evaporate quickly,
make the internal force is too large, lead to cracking. For water after concrete internal temperature
difference to control within the 20 ℃, avoid the ambassador from the internal cracking of concrete
temperature difference.
High-rise Building Construction Technology
3.1 Deep foundation construction technology
Deep foundation construction technology is the building structure, one of one of the most
important technology in the construction, and the construction technology is more complex, easy to
cause the construction of key parts of the accident. So in the construction should be very specific,
ensure construction safety.
(1) In details for the whole process of foundation construction engineering should limit
detection and analysis, and puts forward some corresponding solutions. To vigorously promote the

3.2 The transformation layer construction technology

(1) Template support system construction. The main purpose of the high-rise building

3.3 Concrete construction technology

high-rise building bottom column, but unfavorable use should be paid attention to in the
construction of high strength concrete, lest cause shrinkage.
(3) After concrete pouring should be timely maintenance, especially pay attention to not ignore
the concrete wall, column and other body parts vertical concrete. To choose water should be
developed according to the season and the engineering characteristics, steam, composite heat
storage, electric heating, curing methods, such as film and cover and other insulation materials.
(4) Standard layer of floor slab concrete structures of tall building, the strength level of the
beam are generally consistent, and the strength level of the plate and beam intensity lower than that
in column, and bottom-up gradually reduced, thus node intensity difference exists, is not conducive
to the construction operation, so effective measures should be taken to ensure the construction
quality.
(5) Post-cast strip shall be proposed by the design unit of pouring time and location, and
consult with the contractor; The early appropriate chooses of post-cast strip, compensating
shrinkage concrete pouring. Before pouring concrete, clean up the surface of post-cast strip, after
casting also covers maintenance should be carried out on the surface.

Too much attention to the construction enterprises improve product quality, improve the
economic benefit, often ignored the security problems in site construction, for enterprise's quality
department should give full play to its functions, Ann is content with professional safety knowledge,
with administrative reward, laws and regulations as the means, comprehensively enhance the safety
awareness of construction personnel, constantly improve the self safety of construction personnel.
Must not blindly pursue the progress of the construction process, construction speed should be
safe as guarantee, construction before and want to do a good job of supervision and management in
the construction process, and to find potential safety hazard in time and exclusion, establish the safe
production responsibility system, perfect the security system.
Conclusion
High-rise building with the constant development of the socialist modernization has become the
important symbol of urbanization today, the structure of the high-rise building and high-rise
building construction process of an important component of the construction process, to people's
production and the work has a very important influence, so the construction technology of high-rise
building engineering construction structure becomes very meaningful.
