The design is self-locking.The result is self-con�dence.The Spartan® Facet Screw System is designed to stabilize the facet joint for use in conjunction with interbody devices. “Grip Quick®” Thread allows for faster screw delivery, while anti-back out threads beneath the head provide optimal positioning. An optional skirt helps to preserve the integrity of the facet. The comprehensive, streamlined system delivers procedural ef�ciency.
The Spartan features:• Implant grade Titanium Alloy (Ti 6Al-4V ELI)• Self-tapping “Grip Quick” Thread• Spiral self-tapping �utes to reduce drive torque and improve integration• Lag screws with increased shank diameter for strength and stability• Anti-back out threads under �ared head for rapid change in torque resistance when seated• Optional skirt for force distribution to minimize damage to the facet• Robust 1.4mm guide wire resists kinking• Threaded guide wire to reduce effort and increase control without rapid plunge while anchoring into the facet• Drill markers for depth relation• Non-disengaging internal square drive with retainer collar in place• Driver disassembly for thorough decontamination and sterilization
