ADVANCED MINING & CIVIL (AMC) is a West Australian based mining

and civil contractor with it’s head office and facilities based in Neerabup WA.

Established in 2004, AMC have grown into a well recognised service provider in both the mining and civil construction sectors.

AMC have earned a reputation for reliability and has a proven history of delivering quali-

ty projects from start up to completion. As a result of our trusted and reliable customer relationships, we often enjoy repeat business on turn - key multi - disciplined projects.

AMC continually focus on our goals of Zero Harm and Efficient Productivity to deliver our

clients with the most competitive edge and successful project outcomes.

HEALTH, SAFETY & ENVIRONMENT

SAFETY is the most important value of our business - protecting the safety of our

people, our clients and the environment in which we operate are our goals. We believe that the company’s most valuable asset is our people.

We operate under a Zero Harm safety philosophy at home and at work.

Our Vision in working towards Zero Harm includes:

AMC have implemented Safe Work Procedures to ensure that our teams are perform-

ing their duties safely and effectively.

AMC also manage their “environmental footprint” using Quality Management Systems to ensure minimal impact to the environment and guarantee compliance on all pro-

jects .

INDIGENOUS ENGAGEMENT

Our Indigenous Engagement Plan outlines how we will ensure repre-

sentation of Indigenous Australians in the wider community is matched by an equal

representation of Indigenous Australians within the Project workforce. This is achieved

by implementing a range of appropriate alliances, recruitment, career development

and retention initiatives.

Objectives:

To increase the number of Indigenous employees employed by us

To provide appropriate development opportunities for Indigenous employees

To establish reporting and evaluation mechanisms for the Indigenous employ-

ment strategy

To develop practices that demonstrate an inclusive and welcoming environment

for Indigenous employees and prospective employees

To raise awareness among non - Indigenous Australian employees of the cultural

issues that may affect the employment of Indigenous people

Create traineeships and long term job opportunities for Indigenous employees

AMC have an experienced and highly skilled workforce and run a modern, well main-

tained fleet of machinery.

AMC endeavors to be the client’s first choice contractor and is committed to establish-

ing strong working relationships with their clients, suppliers and workforce.

A hands on approach by AMC management and staff ensures projects run effectively

and provides “on time and on budget” solutions for the client .

AMC is the preferred contractor for several mining companies across the Pilbara and can be mobilised anywhere on short notice.

APS Through AMC’s associated company Advanced Piping Solutions (APS) , we now

supply Galvanised Corrugated Steel Pipe (CSP) Culverts. Using a Mobile Pipe Mill ( MPM), AMC offers on - site manufacture and a total “supply and installation package” streamlining project logistics and providing overall cost savings to your next project.

We provide:

Supply & Delivery to Site of Corrugated Steel Pipe ( Nested loads available )

A Complete “Supply and Installation Package”
