ALU-1237 MODEL, ALU-1237PE Model (Perforated lath version) and ALU-1237PU Model (Punched lath version)

Our ALU-1237 Model of aluminum roller shutter combines strength with aesthetics. Made from 37mm extruded aluminum, this shutter can be upgraded to LPS1175 SR1 for a surcharge. This product can also be punched (ALU-1237PU) or perforated (ALU-1237PE) to allow for vision/airflow if required.

Ideally suited to windows and doors to domestic or commercial properties where looks are important, these shutters can be programmed to run off a variety of control methods.

VERTICAL SIDE GUIDES / BOTTOM SLAT

The extruded aluminium bottom slat is fitted with a weather seal. Guide are available

with a circular surface. 25mm, 45mm, 53mm, 60mm, or 68mm guide depths

available on request. Self-packing guides are also available.

ENCLOSURE / HOUSING

Manufactured from roll-formed aluminium with a stove-enamelled finish. End caps

are pressure moulded aluminium alloy.

OPERATION

Cord: The swivel winder coils the belt when it is pulled up to a maximum weight of

20kg.

Rod and Crank: Geared rod and crank handle winds the shutter up to a weight of

25kg.

Spring and Lock: A counter-balanced spring assembly with a key-lock bottom slat &

handles up to a weight of 30kg.

Electric: Single phase tubular motor & wall switch as standard. Numerous options

such as group or remote control etc. Manual override facility as required.
