Thrivent’s Giving Plus program benefits both your church and ALIS.
If you volunteer for 25 hours and check the box on the form, the school will receive an extra $25.Volunteer hours may include baking,
calling, concession stand, ticket taker, working any committees, making items for the dinner auction or Fall Festival, collecting papers or aluminum cans, working any of the planned school events.
Benefit and Associate members are able to give a maximum of $600 per year.
Associate members pay a yearly $10 membership fee.

As of Sept. 26. 2006, 72 of our 672 members have given 7.4 % of the possible $403,200.
GivingPlus Enhancements in 2006•No minimum donation amount required
•Member giving range increased to $600
•Members can make multiple donations to the same organization
•Benefit AND Associate members will be treated the same.
What is the ALIS Thrivent account used for?
The account is used for maintenance items of the building and extra expenses.
These funds have provided ALIS with the following items during the past three years:
24 Lab Computers
Kindergarten, First, Second, Third grade classrooms and hallway were painted.
New front door
Second Grade classroom cabinets
New rest room flushers and shut off valves
Display board in Seventh Grade classroom.
Outside Lights
Kitchen Repairs
Sidewalk
Science Tables
Principal’s Desk
Computer software
Replacement and disposal of asbestos floor tiles.
New attic stairs.
New attic floor.New attic fans.
New Gym Lights
New sports equipment.
Athletic Director Scheduling Software
Future Thrivent contributions will help with:
