Role and Responsibilities:

Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal disciplines for the up-to-date drawings or document status for the construction.

Determine the work scope, undertake all Pre-Engineering Work, ensure all operations are organized, engineered, mobilized, supervised, and reported and closed out in a professional and organized manner.

Monitoring site performance against approved targets on a day-to-day basis and identifies existing or potential technical problems.

Supervising each team of engineers and clear their doubts & be a good trouble shooter for junior engineers.

Check whether erection is going as per the drawing.

Make sure all alignments of rotary and structure are as per Client required.

Offer the finished works to quality department for inspection.

Implement all safety rules at sight and ensure the safety of workers.
