• 1,500,000 inhabitant• The largest oasis in Saudi Arabia. • In Ancient times, it was at the center of the trade

routes which traders followed between the east of the Arabian peninsula and India, Persia and the Far East.

• Al Ahsa is usually called Ha’sa by locals which means the sounds of water in classic Arabic.
