Al-Othaim Leisure & Tourism Company has recently opened the First Snow City in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia at Al Othaim Mall Rabwa Snow City was inaugurated by the Governor of Riyadh, His Royal Highness Prince Faisal bin Bandar in July. Now families in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia don’t have to travel far to have an experience real snow, in a fun and safe environment. • Snow City is the �rst indoor snow themed park in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. • This is one exciting destination where the entire family can truly enjoy an unforgettable and fun snow experience.• This exciting new tourist destination enables visitors to experience the joy of a white winter in a safe environment.• Snow City: The new chapter and a huge growth in the leisure and tourism industry in Saudi Arabia.• A tourist attraction of this magnitude coincides with the kingdom's 2030 vision as well as the direction of the wise governance of the custodian of the two holy mosques, King Salman bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud, which aims to boost and develop domestic tourism. Snow City renders the leisure and tourism industry an attractive and lucrative one that contributes to the Kingdom’s economic diversi�cation plans in order to propel the national economy and create new jobs for Saudi nationals.

During the inauguration event, Snow City showcased the variety of family-focused activities and entertainment that will entice visitors to this new tourism destination. The park has been constructed on a 5000 sq. m. area with a cost of around 100 million Riyals and with an hourly capacity of 350 people. It is also host to various entertainment activities o�ered to visitors, including (12) di�erent activities such as a panoramic suspension bridge, ice bumper cars, sledge and ski zone, rope courses, climbing wall, snowmobiles, and many others.

Additionally, Snow City provides exceptional o�ers and diverse entertaining events, which combine the beauty of the city and the quality of the services available for men and women, allowing them to have the most memorable experiences. The city’s mascot ‘Thaluj’ the snowman, and the penguin ‘Batriqo’, welcome and engage visitors all day long. The Snow City is an exciting touristic attraction that o�ers a unique real snow experience for children and their parents alike.

Al-Othaim Leisure is now launching its next upcoming Snow City at the City Stars Mall in Cairo, Egypt. Spread over 5000 sq. m., this will be one of the largest theme parks at City Stars Mall, which will attract large footfall, while adding value to the Mall. Snow City will o�er toboggan rides, a rope course, a ladder way and a fantasy ice igloo with panoramic suspension bridge, as well as ice bumper cars, sleighs and ski zone, a climbing wall, snowmobiles and many more fun activities.

The Grand opening of Faby Land (Indoor Family Entertainment Center) at Dubai Festival City was held during the last week of September. The unique ‘Faby Land’ family entertainment center covers an area of 6,600 sq. m. It’s a brand new entertainment venue with a ‘futuristic’ ambience, featuring a wide array of thrilling rides and many other attractions for teenagers, and adults.

It represents a vast leap in Dubai’s tourism industry. It’s one of the iconic leisure destinations among the many amusement centers found in Dubai. This leisure location attracts kids and visitors, aiming to provide family fun.

Our new entertainment venue will play a major part in Dubai Festival City Mall’s AED 1.2 billion expansion program designed to o�er an enhanced level of possibilities, and experiences for our customers. Expansion in EGYPT

Al-Othaim Leisure & Tourism Company will open its �rst leisure center, XtremeLand at one of the newest, high end malls in the region – Mall of Qatar by December, 2016. Mall of Qatar will inaugurate the new state of the art family entertainment concept, XTREME LAND, in Qatar. Al-Othaim Leisure & Tourism aims to introduce iconic family attractions, and the latest amusement rides in Mall of Qatar with a focus on play and learning for children of all ages, from toddlers to teenagers, creating a fun family destination.

XtremeLand products are vibrant and aimed at all ages. They include interactive games and play areas designed to engage children in two-way activities to nurture their vital developmental skills and encourage creative and independent thinking. The “Experiences” are further enhanced by the latest entertainment games that feature real-life battle�eld action on the latest cutting-edge video gaming machines. We are very much delighted about our XtremeLand launch at Mall of Qatar for the �rst time to occupy a massive 6000 sq. m. family entertainment area. MY TOWN Opening Ceremony Scheduled on 1st November, 2016 @ City Stars Mall, Egypt

Al-Othaim Leisure & Tourism Company will open its 2nd soft play center, My Town in Egypt at Citystars mall, by October 2016.

My Town is widely spread over an area of 700 sq. m. There are many activities for kids where they can truly enjoy their play activities in addition to slides, from trampolines to obstacle courses to climbing walls, soft play, shooting gallery, Trampoline park, Toddler area and many more activities.

The entire play structure is built as a soft-play environment to ensure safety goes hand in hand with fun.

The grand opening was held in the presence of business dignitaries at the location and a number of activities were successfully showcased.

FABY LAND @ Al Rashid Mall - ABHAAl-Othaim Leisure Co intends to open its leisure brand FABY LAND location at Al Rashid Mall in Abha. Al-Othaim has successfully signed a contract with Abdali Mall, one of the most reputable malls in Jordan. Our FEC spreads over 4000 sq. m. where we are launching our leisure brands FABY LAND & XTREME ZONE, each Area over a 2000 sq. m. space respectively.
