INTRODUCTION This training was very useful to

develop my knowledge to high levels specially in the practical field, it gave me a big experience that will help me in my carrier starting with the team work, outdoor work method, dealing with the electrical devices and even the importance of safety in the maintenance field.

Main Topics Of The Training

The main objective I handle it is fixing Vehicle Tracker devises, they are classified into three types :

1 - Vehicle Tracker ( MT-T502 ) 2 - Vehicle Tracker ( MT-T201 ) 3 - Vehicle Tracker ( MT-T600 ) The first type is the most useful type to

use for many reasons ( qualities , price , installation and the size ),

and it was the most type I deal with it.

Vehicle Tracker ( MT-T502 )

( MT-T502 ) Features: Tracking via SMS or GPRS (TCP/UDP). Current location report. Tracking by time interval. Position logging capacity up to 10000+ waypoints. SOS panic button. Geo-fencing control. Low battery alert. Speeding alert. Engine Cut. Get street address by SMS request. Odometer and GPRS report by distance. I/O: ACC input, SOS, output. Save GPRS cost by ACC (Ignition). Analog Input: 1 x 10 bits resolution analog inputs, can connect to

fuel sensor and temperature sensor.

The Other Types 2 - Vehicle Tracker ( MT-T201 )• Same functions of MT-T502 but with internal GPS & GSM antenna with water proof feature.

3 - Vehicle Tracker ( MT-T600 )• Same functions of MT-T502 but with Camera Monitoring system.

WEEKLY TASKS First week was Introduction to company

and its activity, Vehicle track (MT-T502) , brief explanation of systems, designs and Troubleshooting including a tour in the company departments and a relief explanation of how the work is done in each department and the process of connecting the tracker device and its stages from upgrading to the design to the manufacturing and installation.

WEEKLY TASKS The next few weeks I learned how to

upgrade and update the Vehicle Tracker (MT-T502), by update it with the latest software version available in the online sites, and upgrade it by developing the device components to high levels with some new codes done via the CPU by special software for this job.

WEEKLY TASKS I spent most of my time in the

maintenance department we have all the parts required for the device in case of damage or loss of any piece, the maintenance periodically each month or in case of particular request from the client.

WEEKLY TASKSTroubleshooting & Fixing Troubleshooting means fixing, problem-

solving, repairing, debugging, technical support and crisis management. In other hand if we have a problem in the device we fix that issue by providing the same conditions in the vehicle for the device and start detecting the problem place.

WEEKLY TASKS In the last week has been giving me a

glimpse simple control system for internal and external cameras and some of the points for monitoring the movement of the vehicle in the map via the Internet with a subscription system with Global Falcon Company.

online service for GPS real-time tracking and history review service, you can easy to online tracking your cars, children, pet and provide your tracking service to your customers.

CONCLUSIONAt the end of 8 weeks of External training about various engineering related subjected, I felt that I understood a lot of things and I improved my skills of using the different electrical and electronic devices, and it gave me a good idea about some engineering concepts such as the engineering ethics, which is important for us as engineer to have and to appear it though out our dealing with other, and the industrial safety, which is important to be known for all of us, doing works in safety way and take all possible persuasion to avoid, and dangerous action could be happened during accomplishing the work .

One important thing that I learned during these 8 weeks of training that I learned how to work as groups and how to collect the information and to deal with the technical information, and how it can be collected.
