This Garden Palace in Vienna’s Rossau district was constructed during the reign of

Prince Johann Adam Andreas I of Liechtenstein (1657-1712), who was one of the

greatest builders of his day.

The perfect baroque cosmos created by Prince Johann Adam Andreas I underwent

extensive changes at the end of the 18th and the beginning of the 19th century.

In 1939, the princely family took up residence in Vaduz and also moved its art treasures

there, Vienna was thus no longer a location for the Princely Collections, and a new use

had to be found for the palace.

In 2004 after a thorough renovation of the Garden Palace, the return of a significant portion

of the Princely Collections from Vaduz and the opening of the LIECHTENSTEIN MUSEUM a

long-held dream of the Princely Family became a reality.

The Liechtenstein Garden Palace and its princely collection can be visited by prior arrangement

with one of the dedicated museum guides to ensure an unforgettable encounter with these

unique works of art.

A Viennese Evening starts with the Master of Ceremonies that greets the guests.

Cocktails are served in the Sala Terrana or in the marvellous garden, dinner is served in the

magnificent Hercules Hall, underlined by a String Quartet in elegant black suits playing classical

music.

According to the tradition at the Austrian Court the Master of Ceremonies announces dinner. The

String quartet will perform during dinner. As a musical dessert, a sparkling fireworks of Classical and

Viennese melodies expects the guests: a Performance of some of the most famous arias from

Mozart’s Magic Flute, to the Marriage of Figaro and Don Giovanni, and the best of Johann

Strauss’heritage.

The Vilnius City Hall is indeed a place for Honourable Guests!

Situated in the very heart of Vilnius, right on the picturesque square of the same name

the city hall was first mentioned as early as 1432. It was reconstructed many times

and the present building in neoclassical style dates back to the 18th century.

We suggest to start the evening with a visit of its beautiful gothic cellars where a welcome

drink will be offered. Learn about Vilnius’ history which is intrinsically linked to this building.

During the welcome reception in the entrance hall enjoy classical music by musicians from

The Lithuanian Chamber Orquestra and pieces from national composers.

Going up to the first floor guests will reach the main hall where dinner tables are beautifully

set up with classical centerpieces of champagne colored roses and silver candelabrums.

The menu will be international with a local touch. With the starter, a typical dish from Lithuania,

guests will have the opportunity to taste different types of local beer. As dinner continues

classical melodies will softly underline the evening. To recall History in this emblematic venue a

performance of medieval dances will surprise guests as the highlight of the evening.

After the evening all the guests can stroll through Vilnus` charming old town. The Town Hall is

A Fancy Party The WIDE GALLERY is a new venue for your events in the heart of Brussels. It was

built in 1902. Ample and pure, with an «art deco» architectural style, the old

headquarters of Diamant Boart is a spacious post-industrial building of character.

It is 2,000 m2 — entirely modular — available for the organization of a meeting,

conference, seminar, presentation, cocktail, standing dinner, ball, cinema projection,

concert, private event...

The raw venue « as wide as white, » like a gallery of contemporary art, will set free your

imagination. It is equipped with the basic necessary technical material (sound and light,

bathrooms, heating, etc.) for an easy installation of your event, all in perfect security. Thanks

to its glass windows and its high ceilings (more than 5 meters), it offers an exceptional

lighting. Moreover, the gallery can host car launches as it is highly accessible to vehicles.

The WIDE GALLERY is situated in a central quarter of Brussels that is quickly expanding,

where the contemporary art center, « Wiels, » was recently created, as well as many other

artists’ establishments. The site is close to the Ring, easily accessible from the airport and the

station of Brussels-Midi.

This is indeed the perfect place for a 70`s party! Flower power is the motto and there will be a

catwalk for the best costumes to perform! A Beatles Song Karaoke will be available for guests

who want to make the evening memorable interpreting one or more songs.

The buffet dinner is stylish as well. A fusion of fingerfood from Asia to Italy, French Cheese and

The Central Military Club is a multifunctional emblematic building which was designed

by the Czech arquitect Antonin Kolar in Neo-Renaissance style and finished by the

Bulgarian architect Nikola Lazarov in 1907. A magnificent venue with several areas of

different sizes, an art gallery and an imposing concert hall offer a variety of options for

all different types of events. Many prominent artists have held studios there and exhibited

their works and performed in the Concert Hall.

When entering the Central Military Club guests will be welcomed by a glass of cold

sparkling wine and each lady will receive a beautiful fragrant rose, the symbol of Bulgaria.

While listening to the enchanting sound of typical Bulgarian music guests will be invited to

the elegant Concert Hall where dinner will take place. Tables will be decorated predominantly

in white with ribbons and cutlery elements in green and red as these colors represent the

three most powerful characteristics of Bulgarian people – spirit, hard work and courage.

The menu will give a tasty insight on the creative and unique Bulgarian gastronomy such as:

“shopska” salad, “kyopolu”, “rhodopska” salad, “banitza”, “patatnik”, “sarmi”, desserts such as

“baklava”, “tikvenik” and drained Bulgarian yogurt with honey and walnuts. Along with the starter

a strong Bulgarian rakia will enlight their spirit and the following dishes will be best matched with

a representative choice of Bulgarian wines from the vineyards of the Thracian Valley.

After dinner such as in a "Traditional Bulgarian wedding" engage in some jolly Bulgarian Horo

Dancing together with a group of professional folklore dancers.

This convent is one of the oldest Gothic buildings in middle Europe, its history dates

back to 13th century when Agnes, a Czech princess, renounced worldly things. By

her wish a convent was founded for the order of the Franciscan Clarist Order.

The building was destroyed by floods a few years ago and has now reopened to the

public after a complete reconstruction. It hosts nowadays the exhibition of Medieval Art

of the National Gallery of Prague and can offer several other unique spaces such as the

St Salvator Church, St Francis Church, the presbytery or the Pilar Hall.

The gala dinner takes place in this monument which is one of the most ancient in Prague

and provides a unique and mysterious atmosphere.

In the main iron gate of the convent monks will welcome guests and direct them to the

courtyard where the welcome cocktail will take place. Burning torches and big iron baskets

of fire will enlighten this cocktail reception and underline the convents peculiar atmosphere. A

Chorus of monks will wander through the cocktail area, presenting some festive Gregorian

chants. For dinner guests will be escorted to the St. Salvator Church where they will find a

striking and beautiful sober setting. Minimalistic centerpieces, white table cloth and white chairs

all dived in colorful lights that can be the company colours, will create a WOW effect which is

underlined by the orchestra featuring 2 beautiful local soul singers.

The Highlight of the evening will be a performance of Cirque du Soleil artists leading the guests

into a world of dream, in strong contrast with the futuristic atmosphere.

Let´s go back in time to the glamorous “Belle Epoque”! Charming hosts and

hostesses in “Belle Époque” costumes await the guests at Royal Hall of the Western

Railway Station to invite them to an unforgettable train tour on the nostalgic, oriental

train’s steam engines. Each guest will show his personalized “train ticket” and will be

escorted to the nostalgic wagons exclusively chartered for the group.

The route to the Museum of Old Locomotives takes app.10 minutes. During the tour

Hungarian Tokai Wine as well as champagne will be served while guests start to enter in

the spirit of those glamorous belle époque days. Upon arrival to the illuminated Museum

Park guests will be welcomed by jugglers and clowns with amazing circus arts and fancy

Jazz tunes as a background. A private tour of the magnificent «Historical Locopark» will

impress with a beautiful collection of locomotives.

Welcome drink and dinner will take place at the beautifully arranged and spacious Orient Hall,

where the model of the East Railway Station dated back from the end of the 19th century is

placed. The great hall will be sectioned in two areas : a welcome reception area and dinner

area - this division is made by old steam engine wagons.

Within the spirit of the “Belle Epoque”, instead of flower centerpieces, there will be feather scarfs,

bowler hat and other decorations of this kind. The Jazz band will continue to play soft tunes

during dinner and after the meal guests will be invited to engage in a 20`s dancing competition,

performing their best Charleston skills. A teacher will be available for style perfection. Of course

there will be an award ceremony at the end just as in the Dancing with the Stars shows of today.

Built in 1255, the massive and fortresss-like Palazzo del Bargello was the first public

building to be erected under the early Republic. It was built for the Capitano del Popolo

(the Podesta), who was the chief magistrate of the city. The palace is now the Museo

Nazionale del Bargello, housing one of the greatest collections of Renaissance sculpture in

the world.

During the cocktail guests wonder around the wonderful sculptures of the museum while

enjoying a drink: a real highlight! Some living sculptures suddenly come to life: they might take

a sip of a guest’s cocktail glass or suddenly bow in front of a pretty lady elegantly greeting her,

or even welcome with a friendly shoulder tap one of the honorful guests. At the end of the visit

a delicious dinner with the best Florentine dishes will be served on beautifully decorated tables at

the ancient “loggia”. Each table will feature a centerpiece recalling a tower or cuppola of the town

of Florence illuminated with candles. Saule Kilaite will put the missing spark to this memorable

evening, playing in the middle of the courtyard, and her violin will create a very particular and

evocative atmosphere. Saule`s performance is based on a virtual journey through different kinds of

music from all over the world: from ethnic to modern and from classical to pop music. A virtual

orchestra will gently follow her harmonic notes that will create a truly unforgettable atmosphere. Saule

plays her violin moving around and almost dancing to the notes of famous tracks, which are

nevertheless radically changed and reinterpreted thanks to her creative vein. A performance with a high

The Palace of Xabregas - originally built in the 15th century - suffered some

degradation during the time of the Spanish domination and was recovered in the 18th

century when Portugal traded in Gold and Exotic woods coming from Brazil. The

beautiful “azulejos” are considered to be the finest and largest private collection in

Portugal. Declared National Heritage in 1987, this is probably the only house in Portugal

which has been in the same family ownership for more than 500 years.

This night will make you travel back to the time of the Portuguese Discoveries. The room

and the buffet stations will be decorated with the artifacts of that time representing the 4

continents. During cocktail sailors and important Portuguese historical figures together with

a Portuguese guitar duo, an Indian serpent enchanter, a percussionist from Africa and a

Bossanova singer from Brazil will interact with the guests. During dinner a glamorous show

will take place. It´s all about the epic Portuguese Discoveries from Europe to 3 continents:

Africa, Asia and America. The voyage is made by the motion of the Portuguese Caravel. It starts

with AFRICA! The performance of true native percussionists and dancers which appear through

the guests shouting typical sounds of Africa. On to INDIA! A true Fakir will join us and show us

his breathtaking performance followed by a fabulous belly dance.The Caravel reaches CHINA,

Visitors who come to Porto are impressed when overlooking the Douro River and

the southern bank of the Douro river where Offleys, Sandeman, Grahams, Ferreira and

many others are represented with their wine cellars and stores. Some of the cellars offer

fine venues to have a welcome cocktail or even a dinner. One of the largest and most

prestigious wine cellars is TAYLOR’s and this is where a perfect Welcome or Farewell

evening in Porto should take place, so that guests can feel the true hospitality of northern

Portugal.

During a visit to the century old wine cellar you will learn to distinguish rubie’s from tawny’s

and moreover taste the finest one, the LBV Port. (late bottled vintage port) With stunning

views on Porto’s old town – the Ribeira, they will finally try a glass of dry white port and cannot

but agree that this is the best pre-dinner drink in Porto. Suddenly a group of young students

dressed in black will enter the scene and present the party with some of the nicest student and

Folksongs for a start. They will escort the guests to the Sala Romana, which has the nicest

panorama view on Porto that one could imagine. In this festive setting enjoy the best of northern

Portugal’s cuisine matched with the finest wines from Douro Valley while you listen to Portuguese

“guitarradas” as a background. The Tuna will come back for a main concert after the main course.

They will even sing a “serenata” specially for the ladies so that they feel the Portuguese romantic

vein. A farewell from Portugal cannot happen without some Fado tunes. At dessert guests are

therefore asked to give a warm welcome to the Fadista, a beautiful lady all dressed in black, who

Although the Palau Nacional is well known for being the home of the MNAC, today

it is also one of Barcelona’s most emblematic buildings. Indeed, it is one of the

architectural icons shaping the city skyline. The facilities have been refurbished, thanks

to an ambitious project overseen by the architect Gae Aulenti and completed in 2004,

thus endowing the interior with the most modern lines and materials, while at the same

time conserving the Palau Nacional’s original blending of styles. The museum’s privileged

location makes it one of Barcelona’s foremost vantage points for enjoying a unique

panoramic view of the city, with the Magic Fountain and the Venetian Towers in the

foreground.

Upon arrival guests will be impressed by the stunning views that this venue offers over the

city of Barcelona. Cocktails can be served on the outside terrace or in the Sala da Cúpola. A

trio of Saxophone ladies will underline this get together with fancy tunes. The fingerfood will

have a Spanish taste, the best of pata negra ham and triangles of tortilla, pate or choriço will

make a tasty prelude. Escorted to the Sala Oval, the setting is modern yet glamorous. The dinner

menu will provide something from every region of Spain, and of course it’s famous wines. The

stage in the center of the room will see colorful performances from instrumental classical Spanish

guitar solos to sensual flamenco intermezzos.

Just had coffee and drums can be heard ?? a colorful performance of 30 young drummers will

energize the guests to engage into a parade that will lead up the stairs to the dance floor. With the
