In this year, we hold many training and
RTN&EP Gathering to help EP to understand
Global Citizen Program better and fulfill their
experience.

In this year, oGCDP have recruit 17 members, and 10 members applied
MMB and 9 of them succeed, 4 of them applied for EB, and 3 of them
selected as EB.
In this year, our function had 26 member( 1 VP+ 8MM+ 17MBR) and till
now, 11 people had attend GCDP Program.

Many EPs still came from the old markets in our university.
In this year, our function didn’t take many time in marketing, we focus
on the old markets and digger deeper, and have the some increase in
app number.

In this year, the realization for
our function have increased 8
number.
And compare with last year.
Last year, we had 33 member
in total, and this year we only
have 27 member and our
performance and higher than
last year.

In this year, we almost achieve the Realization goal.

We standardized our
working process and Event
agenda, and receive many
good feedback from
stakeholders.
Good experience for
members, as a result they
choice to stay in our LC to
continue their AIESEC way. High quality of GCP in CRM
part with help EP have
good experience and
promote GCP to their
friends.
