K E Y P R O F I L EManaging the Installed Base Solution and Business footprint, providing professional BNC services to the regional customers to assist them generating the maximum value of their network and business portfolio. Maintaining the regional benchmarking process and managing the MTL process through the different sectors of the company.
Managing the TOP20 accounts in the Middle-east region of 14 team members, monitoring NC project process, regional sales and managing related resources.Handling assigned NC projects through different phases: Netwrok data collection (Performance Data, MR data..etc), Data analysis (iCloud and localized tools), Network Insight, Network Planning (short-term and long term), Strategic Planning (based on inisght output, spectrum resources, market trends and traffic/user forcasting). Handling all the related NC project tasks like kick-off materi-als, NC report documents and customer communication.Conducting regional benchmarking, market studies on wireless technologies in the ME Region, preparing strategic plans & in-field studies, monitoring competitors’ activities and providing customized business evolution plans to assigned customers.Sourcing new business opportunities and delivering business development consultations to the Regional Tier-1 operators, providing consultation on deployment, upgrade and migration of Networks.
Responsible for preparing, designing and providing the customers & operators with E2E Wireless Network solutions proposals based on their requirements and market trends. Actively participating in the whole Marketing and Presales process flow. (RFIs, RFQs, SoC, Clarifications..etc).Conducting market research & analysis and marketing intelligence activities and involved in collating & analyzing data to evaluate existing & prospective product and service marketsPreparing all the marketing supporting reports including SWOT Analysis, Competition Analysis, PEST Analysis and Market Behavior Analysis.
