Select the policy. 3. Click on the TransactNOW button. 4. Under Transaction options, select Quote Request. 5. The eLink system will appear with information pre-filled. 6. Complete the outstanding information and rate the application. Troubleshooting Tips 1. Check your passwords. To update, enter TransactNOW Setup and click on the company name, then the employee name. You must update the usernames and passwords for all employees listed for CompWest. 2. Make sure you have CompWest in the company file setup. – NAIC codes must be entered for: CompWest – 12177 – Set up your agent code. – Enter your agency code in the PIN field, which stores the information so it does not need to be re-entered when Real-Time is utilized.
