What is UAAMP?
The Urban African American Mentoring Program is designed to support students by building relationships with a mentor team to help students achieve their personal and academic goals.

UAAMP Objectives
Develop a comprehensive and integrated recruitment plan for 50 students for each academic year.
Design and facilitate orientation and training sessions for mentors and mentees.
Facilitate relationship building between students, mentors, and the Sinclair community through on and off campus activities.
Assess qualitative and quantitative data for continuous improvement.
