Now in its seventh year of publishing the Sun Peaks Visitors’ Guide (SPVG) has become an indispensable part of life at Sun Peaks Resort, Canada’s 2nd largest ski area.

Visitors, residents and business owners use the SPVG as their local phone book and instant go-to guide for complete details on activities, shopping, dining, services, maps, businesses, travel, accommodation and more. With nearly 500,000 annual visits to Sun Peaks the SPVG offers both local and regional based businesses direct access to every resident, visitor or seasonal employee, getting your business noticed.

The 68 page glossy “digest” style Sun Peaks Visitors’ Guide will be available to all businesses, residents, industry representatives and accommodation providers on or before December 2, 2015 to coincide with the opening of the 2015-16 winter season.

15,000 copies will be printed and distributed throughout 2015-16.The SPVG will be distributed to each hotel and each accommodation provider as a check-in handout to their guests as well as for in-room copies. The SPVG will also be distributed to each business and home in Sun Peaks as well as being mailed out to every home and business address from Heffley Creek to Sun Peaks. In addition the 2015-2016 SPVG will also be racked in 10 high visibility brochure racks throughout Sun Peaks Village maximizing distribution and pick-up.

1. The above advertisement rates are effective as of September 1, 2015. 2. GST is not included in the above pricing. 3. SPIN has the right to alter number of pages in accordance with advertising commitment. 4. SPIN reserves the right to refuse any advertisement or copy deemed unsatisfactory and will not publish or create any offensive ad material. 5. Upon signing proof approval, SPIN is not responsible for advertising that is incorrectly published. 6. SPIN will not be held liable for any damages to, or any damages incurred by, advertisers as a result of published print ads and will not be held responsible for any costs or reimbursements incurred by advertisers or their clients as a result of misrepresentative advertising. 7. Ads cannot be cancelled after booking deadline; all cancellations are subject to a penalty. SPIN is not responsible for pre-paid advertising not published due to delivery past deadline. Advertisers who terminate a contract before completion will be subject to a fee equal to 25% of the amount signed for on the original contract.8. Ad design is not included in advertising pricing, please call for an ad design quote.9. All orders must be secured with a valid credit card.10. Booking deadline is Friday, October 23, 2015.
