80 pts Total:

20pts- planning design/writing ideas on paper

20 pts- Effectively addressing hook in ad/parody

20 pts- Good composition/design

20 pts- Creativity/completion

The MEDIUM you will be using to complete this project is mixed media, so it’s up to you to figure out how you’ll complete the assignment. Collage, Tracing-letters/images, drawing, paint markers, photo, and so on. The size of your piece will be 9”x12”.

Composition- The term composition means 'putting together,' (the placement and arrangement of elements) and can apply to any work of art, from music to writing, that is arranged or put together using conscious thought.

In graphic design and desktop publishing, composition is commonly referred to as page layout.

For example, the use of line, shapes, value, colors, forms, movement, patternRepetition, etc. And the FOCUS is NOT directlyIn the middle. Things are cropped, offset, tilted and so on.
