French Pastry Chef Muriel D'Agostino has moved from France to bring her superbly crafted and innovatively iconic French pastries and desserts to the San Francisco, peninsula, south bay and Santa Cruz areas.

Born in Paris, France, pastry chef Muriel D'Agostino always applies a taste of perfection which she expresses exquisitely in her pastry masterpieces.

With more than 20 years of experience, Muriel D'Agostino has worked in France at a two-star Michelin restaurant and also managed pastry production at Vatel Pastry School.

A consummate artist and wise philosopher, Muriel applies a uniquely sensitive creative talent and a generous love to the complex alchemy of pastries and desserts, which takes her work to its highest level of expression.

We try to our best of our ability to avoid ingredients that may cause allergies, nevertheless we are French bakers, and we like to keep our traditional recipes intact.

We would like to inform our customers the list of our item which may contain sensitive ingredients.

- All Savory items with pesto contains pine nuts.

- All breads contains flour with gluten. Although we do not use a machine to mix the dough which prevents the gluten from rising.

- The peanut butter chocolate brownie contains peanut butter

- There is not eggs in our croissant dough, nor on our croissant or spins topping.

- We use real butter and milk in all our french viennoiserie.

Once, a communication director made a comment after tasting the bread and said: “This is the real deal” … Hand made, all mineral water, all organic ingredients. No machinery at all, except for the Oven.

Fire wood oven baked also available on demand.

We also bake Gluten Free Bread, Sechskornbrot (Six Grained Bred) German bread and more and demand.

If you warm them up, the melting butter will bound the multi layered puff dough
