    Dear Sirs,

    Translation Brochure

I should be grateful if you would send us your brochure and price list about your translation

services. We are currently developing our sales literature and web sites and are interested in translating

I look forward to hearing from you.

    Marketing Manager

Jackie Chan was born on 7 April 1954 in Hong Kong. He was born into a very poor family

and was the only child of Charles and Lee Lee Chan.

His original name was Chan Kong Sang which means born in Hong Kong literally. Jackie

Chans father was a servant in the French Ambassadors house and most of his childhood was

    spent in the embassy.

Jackie was not very good at academics so his parents had to send him away to an acting

school. Apparently Jackie did very well in this school and excelled in martial arts and dance. He

also learned singing in this school. Seeing his skills, the school signed him on a ten year contract

to perform in the Chinese Operas where he did very well in lead roles and he also started taking

responsibilities behind the stage in directing. After the contract, knowing about Bruce Lee, Jackie

also wanted to start acting in movies. However, he did not get his much deserved break and so hehad to settle down as a stunt man. He worked as a stunt man for 10 years before he finally got his

    break in Hollywood.

After he got his first break in Hollywood in 1980, he soon got other movies like Police

Story series through which he rose to international fame. Project A was another block buster

which got him a lot of mileage. The list of successful movies did not stop here and Jackie went

ahead to become the highest paid actor in Asia. He also acted in several Chinese movies, directed

    and even produced movies.
