Juma Al Kaabi is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at ADASI, an EDGE entity, that is the regional leader in autonomous systems and services, dedicated to offering holistic solutions – from a joint analysis of mission objectives to careful equipment selection and procurement. In his role as CTO, Al Kaabi develops and manages ADASI’s technology and product roadmaps, interfacing with customers and other stakeholders to ensure the organization is developing technology tailored to the future requirements of the end user. Technology know-how is adequately protected. Furthermore, Juma Al Kaabi provides strategic oversight on several critical decisions, and aligns engineering activities with ADASI’s vision and goals. Prior to joining ADASI in 2011, Juma Al Kaabi served extensively for over two decades in the UAE Armed Forces, where he worked through several departments encompassing unmanned systems, engineering research and development contracts negotiation, programs management, technical training programs, systems evaluations and aviation maintenance. Juma Al Kaabi holds a Master’s in Business Administration from New York Institute of Technology University, UAE and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, USA.
