The Corporate Decathlon and Corporate Pentathlon are year long programmes that use a framework of sports events and leadership development to engage, inspire and enthuse.

Your experience

We support you to create an action plan to achieve your results through to an end of year review. We’ve built a framework with a range of events and support designed to keep your team engaged, inspired and enthused through the journey.

We work with you through the year to activate your participation.

Using our sports event management expertise we create bespoke interdepartmental tournaments that suit your organisation.

The format of your tournaments can range from a one day event to a multi-week programme, depending on your requirements. The appropriate framework will primarily depend on your objectives and one of our team will meet with you to discuss the desired impact of your active engagement initiative. We will then organise and run the event for you.
