High Level Long term goals (3-5 years)
• Lobbying to MOE for Project based approach in secondary schools for science inquiry
• Obtain recognition of scientific mentors work in their institution
• Join the “Set up links between Higher Ed / Secondary school” MOE program
• Build a Network to support science fairs through Universcience.
• Structure and federate management of science fairs for secondary schools (Universcience > CCSTI > MOE)
• Quantify the number of Students participating to fairs in Fr. and increase by 25% within 5 years
• Develop French Speaking countries partnership for Regional Science fairs

High Level Short term goals (1-2 years)
• Motivate students & teachers through Information & Communication scientific medias (weekly news on “Passion recherche” Universcience; Intel ISEF in France web site; Intel ISEF in France Face book …)
• Inform on and demonstrate to “National bodies that fund & evaluate research” the interest of hosting K12 PBA in research labs. (Recognition)
• Establish a bank of mentors to assist students• Involve High school and Higher Ed. associations (CPU; CDUS; APBG; UPC
…)• Secure long term support of Universcience in national and regional science
fairs• Set up a SRC (Scientific Review Committee) and IRB (Institutional Review
Board)• Participate to ISEF 2011 - 2012• Develop Dual approaches matching with MOE organization:
– Work with Labs > Know how to but not ready to do it– Work through TPE > Run research activities but not on International
standard (Classes européennes, Internat d’excellence …)
