Brothers and Sisters let us pause for a while, cleanse our

minds from all the troubles, wonies and problems confronting

us at the moment.

Let us pray-- In the name of the Father, of the Son and of the

Holy Spirit, Amen.

Brothers and Sisters in the silence of our hearts let us seek

from our ever merciful Lord, His compassion for whatever

transgressions, wrongdoings, acts we have committed that are

not in accordance to His will.

In silence, let us also offer our Thanksgiving to the good Lord

for all the gifts, graces, blessings He has showered us.

Let us implore and feel the presence of our Lord Jesus Christ

thru the song-

After the sharing we discuss any task which our group

is called to do

all our concems our needs. We continue to seek your mercy

Lord everytime we forget to follow Your commandments and

failing to act so that we your servants will not fall into sins. We

thank you Lord for providing us the time in this Action Group

activity and protection on our way home. We culminate this

spiritual activity full of hopes as we beseech You Lord of Your

loving care for us to all our brothers and sisters in the

community and the whole Christian world.

3. We pick up words or phrases, read them out prayerfully

three times and keep silence in between
