We believe that all children should have the opportunity to realize their potential. Approximately 15 – 20% of all children are diagnosed with a learning disability or developmental delay. Without professional and caring early intervention, they are at risk of leaving school and dropping out of the system.

Achiya’s dream is to provide these children with the tools they need to realize their potential and Learn That You Can.

We detect and diagnose learning and developmental problems, both in the school and out of the school.

We provide children diagnosed with learning or developmental problems with a variety of professional therapies and remedial assistance.

We provide professional, non-judgmental support for both parents and teachers.

We make the public aware of the need to help these children and stress the importance of early diagnosis.

We train professional educators, and enrich educators and principals through workshops and conventions.

Achiya programs and services are available in Bnei Brak, Elad, Beitar Illit and Holon. We help children from birth to age 15.

Since its inception 20 years ago, Achiya has revolutionized the attitude of the Hareidi community toward children with learning and developmental problems. Thanks to Achiya, more children are receiving the individual attention they so desperately need. Thanks to Achiya, more children have the opportunity to achieve their potential, and to know, beyond a doubt, that they CAN.
