✓ELA and Mathematics PSSAs are aligned with the Pennsylvania Core Standards.

✓ Science PSSA includes items aligned to the Pennsylvania Standards for Science, Technology, Environment and Ecology.

2018 ✓2018 was the fourth year the PA Core Standards were assessed in English Language Arts [ELA] and Mathematics.

✓ Statewide results indicated no significant changes in achievement across testing grades and subjects.

✓Last Spring, PSSA tests in ELA and Math were reduced by 20%.

✓2019, results returned by May 31.
